<p style="text-align: left;">The sun is hot, the birds are chirping, the waves are crashing, the sound of a boats motor rings through the air! Whether your at the community pool, spending the day at the lake with friends, or posted up on the beach on a Sunday afternoon, you have an opportunity to dress your body in a swimsuit that turns heads.. I personally take lots of pride in my presentation &amp; this is common among all of us diet &amp; workout all year to look &amp; feel amazing in our own skin.. Being by the water, shirtless, is absolutely a time to show off your hard work in the gym &amp; really set yourself apart from the others.. A nice bathing suit that fits your body type is important in drawing the right kind of attention to yourself.. <strong>Rule #1 in looking by the water, is to have a really nice, athletic looking body that is lean with muscle &amp; low in body fat.. Rule #2, have on a pair of shorts that presents your body the best..</strong> We have a few months of summer left over in the States (This article isn’t too appealing to my EURO crowd right about now.. Did you see the gusting winds &amp; sweater covered bodies @ the British Open Golf tournament last weekend?!? Its cold over there! But.. that’s OK.. This is a good time for you guys to hit the gym hard now, so when your sun comes back out, you’re Lean &amp; Ready for a new Bathing Suit!) Let’s look at a few Summer Bathing “Garbs”..</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Long Board Shorts are a Safe, but Young Look..</strong><br />
Board Shorts Look Good.. They’re Safe &amp; Pretty Conservative.. We’ve all seen this type of suit coming assorted colors, flower imprints, Billabong &amp; Quicksilver Stamped on the Leg, &amp; pretty much any style you are, you can find a pair of board shorts to match your trend.. (Skulls, Roses, Skulls with Roses.. ANYTHING<img style="float: right;" src="http://www.uncrate.com/men/images/2006/05/quiksilver-harlequin-short.jpg" alt="" width="116" height="129" /> can printed on a pair of board shorts..) <strong>In my opinion if you’re over the age of 21, Board Shorts may be too young-looking for you.</strong>. <strong>97% of the guys at the beach, or pool are going to have Board Shorts on, but take this opportunity to be a little different..</strong> Here’s my problem with Board Shorts: 1) You are completely covering your legs because they hang so low.. (Know it or not, girls like nice legs on guys)  2) Board shorts are a “young” style.. You’re not a kid anymore.. (Surfers wear board shorts for more of a functionality of the sport, so don’t try &amp; look like a surfer, if you’re not a surfer..)  3) Long Board Shorts can make you look shorter than you are.. Remember the article I wrote on “Getting lean can make you look taller? When you have shorts on that are too long &amp; baggy, they make your legs &amp; torso look short.. Not good for showing off a lean body.. 4) Lastly, I think too many people wear them.. I’m in to being unique.. I have 10+ pair of board shorts, but they are mostly worn around the house or to lounge in.. When I’m at the beach or pool, I choose something that does my body more justice..</p>

This is the New Trend in Swim Trunks for Men.. <strong>There’s a skimpier version of these that I’ll get into next, but if you’re body fat is below 10%, you probably look best in these</strong>.. However, these trunks do look silly if you&#8217;re beefy with Muscle.. <strong>Wearing this style swim trunk will get your pale legs some sun, stretch the look of your physique out to make you longer, taller, &amp; leaner, &amp; fit tight to show off a nice butt..</strong> If you think girls aren’t looking at your butt when you’re in your swim trunks, you’re wrong.. This look is almost a bit of a Vintage throwback look from the 50’s &amp; 60’s (Truly a Classic &amp; Eclectically Great Era to live in..) Most “In” trends are moving back to the Vintage look.. New Car manufactures are going to back to old body styles, hairstyles are tracking back to more classic clean looks, &amp; designers are bringing back the classic “James Dean” form fitting clothing trends.. I really like it because these looks are perfect for lean bodies, just like these swim trunks.. Could you wear these swimtrunks? But, Could you Really Wear These?? <strong>You can’t put these shorts on &amp; be 1% insecure in them.</strong>. I wouldn’t wear these in front of anyone (outside of my &#8221;Circle of Trust.. <img src='http://www.johnfit.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> ) unless my body fat is below 8%, or unless I&#8217;m Staging a Funny Joke.. They are very <img style="float: right;" src="http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b194/BlakeFSU/dsquared16-1.jpg" alt="" width="99" height="146" />common in urban trendy-leading areas of the world.. I spend a lot of time in Miami, &amp; South Beach is loaded with Latin men “Wearing” these perfectly.. The area I live on the West Coast of Florida isn’t ready for these shorts yet..  I do have a pair of these though and do wear them when I vacation to these Latin/European hotspots, but the “weenie-bikini” doesn’t come out often.. Its not that my shape isn’t ready for it, but my community &amp; peers aren’t ready to accept it yet.. <strong>This look is common in many areas around the world, but please get super lean &amp; toned before you show this look off..</strong> I’ve spotted many “heavyweights” prancing around the beach in the “banana hammock” &amp; its not a sexy sight.. However, I commend them on the confidence &amp; lack of concern for what anyone thinks of them.. You have to appreciate and respect that..  I just think they would be better “suited” in any other style of swim trunk..</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">It summer &amp; I love it (Getting a little bummed that its coming to an end, but then I have the Holidays to look forward too.. Life is Good!) I love showing off my hard work in the gym &amp; have now started to pick a nice style bathing suit that looks good on my body.. I<strong>ts nice to be unique, feel clean and healthy, &amp; present yourself as a confident person</strong>.. When in doubt, no matter what you decide to where to your pool, or beachside, be confident and strut your “stuff”.. If you’re working hard in the gym &amp; staying disciplined in the kitchen, then you&#8217;re well on your way to <strong>“Fit Freedom” (A place where every outcome in your mind becomes positive because you once have the will and strength to take control of your health, anything is possible!)</strong> Keep up the hard work &amp; good luck with searching for the right “Suit” to show off your Lean and Sexy Beach Body during the last few months of Summer..)</p>

<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Great muscles on irritated, dry, rough skin isn’t what we’re looking for!</strong> I continue to refer to the “look” that we’re going for, as the “Hollywood Look”.. This is a combination of lean &amp; toned muscle, low body fat, clean cut grooming, &amp; healthy glowing skin.. 50% of &#8221;Hollywood Look&#8221; is Glowing, Healthy Looking Skin.. Even <strong>high paid Actors &amp; Actresses become extremely vulnerable &amp; insecure when their skin is acting up</strong> (Note Jessica Simpson &amp; the &#8220;Hollywood Like&#8221; narrating the Proactive Solution Commericals).. Skin care is one of those aspects of a woman’s body that is taken care of day in and day out and they shine like the sun because of it.. Have you ever seen an attractive a girl without beautiful skin? Most people look cover models &amp; comment on their perfect teeth, great bone structure, beautiful muscle tone, but all of this is overshadowed with blotchy skin.. Why do women have to be the only ones conscious about skin care? Is it a bad thing to be a man and take care of your skin?? The guy you see on the cover of the magazine has perfect skin.. Don’t overlook this maintenance step in your daily regimen.. I had the opportunity to play a small role in a film in 2002 as a Lifeguard @ the beach.. (What a great story that goes along with how I landed the part, but I won’t go into that now.. It was Classic story of being @ the right place at the right time.. BUT, being “out there” in the mix is where opportunity is created, and it paid off big time for me..) Before I showed up to the set, I was told to bring my cleanest looking skin.. Hollywood puts a premium on actors/actresses with good skin &amp; complexion, and its something that will trump all your hard work in the gym, if you don’t take good care of it.. To me, the most attractive women in the world are Latin, Italian, Brazilian women.. I love their exotic looks and dark hair (Just my preference), but probably the most attractive aspect of these ethnicity’s is their glowing, thick, radiant skin.. I’ve seen guys with great muscle tone be plagued by sun-damaged skin, &amp; acne camouflaugin their hard work in the gym.. Most forms of oil based skin problems, or even dry skin such as rosacea and dermatitis are typically genetic; however, you have the ability to make this better if you want to.. I would suggest you take great care of your skin &amp; always be conscious of what’s going on with it.. <strong>To be athletically lean without good skin, is almost moot</strong>.. Let’s look at how Men &amp; Women can take better of their skin..</p>
<p><strong>No Matter Your Situation.. You Can Make Your Skin Better..</strong><br />
Chronic Acne can make you back &amp; chest look as your face, so if you’re in this Cystic Stage of Acne, I would suggest you line up an appointment with a Dermatologist.. I went through a phase late in my teens where I started to get concerned about my skin, and went to the Dermatologist and got it taken care of.. I didn’t need Accutane, but I stayed disciplined to the routine I was put on.. Retina, Hydrocortozone Cream, Accutane, whatever the case, if you need a physician to control your skin, don’t wait.. Get that help sooner, than later. Scars from not handling this stuff up front is not what you’re looking for.. With that being said, I do want to point out that the Medical Industry is as much a business, as the Internet Marketing Company I run.. Your doctor needs to prescribe medicine to you whether you need it or not.. Studies today show that some medical assistance can be doing as much harm, as good, on your body.. Unless you have Cystic Acne, I think you can calm your skin down &amp; improve it with a few good habits.. <strong>Most problems just short of Cystic Acne are actually worsened from irritation of harsh products, picking a pimple, or overuse of moisturizer</strong>.. I use Cetaphil on my face twice a day (maybe even 3 times, if needed) as this is a fragrance free &amp; soap free cleanser.. It’s the only thing that I will put on my face besides sunscreen..<strong> Less is more, when it comes to skin..</strong> The goal is to keep your skin clean &amp; restore PH balance, not “dry out” acne, or lubricate skin.. Your skin will look the best when its “clean”.. Easy on the harsh, heavy detergents, &amp; oil-based moisturizers.. If you have sensitive skin, I would suggest Cetaphil &amp; cool water showers.. <strong>Heat is bad for skin</strong>.. <strong>It causes swelling, broken capillaries, and irriation</strong>.. I’m not a dermatologist, but these are things I’ve learned over the years &amp; I’m passing them to you..</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Foods Have No Effect On Your Skin?? Wrong! What You Eat, Has Everything to do With Your Complexion..</strong><br />
If you are in the small percentage of men or women that have skin that is unaffected by ANYTHING, then good for you! Thank Mom and Dad for this blessing.. Most people struggle to keep their skin looking great &amp; this is more for them, not you Mr. Genetic! The foods you eat have so much to do with your skin.. <strong>Imagine what a plant looks like if it doesn’t get its Water.. It loses glowing color &amp; shrivels up..</strong> Imagine what a Vegetable does if it doesn’t get the proper nutrients to grow.. The skin whelps up &amp; dies from the outside in..<strong> Your skin is a reflection of your immune system</strong>.. I’ve seen people with extremely sensitive skin get flushed &amp; dry out from a ceiling fan blowing on them.. You can strengthen your skin by strengthening your immune system.. <strong>Loading up on Fruits &amp; Veggies &amp; foods high in antioxidants will make your skin look better immediately..</strong> Foods high in sodium (Chinese Buffet Food tastes so good to me! But I notice a huge drying in my skin from all the salt in it.. Your skin wears what’s going on inside your body..) will dry your skin out &amp; lead to redness.. What you eat is truly the way you look! Not only do the foods you eat carve out body fat and build lean muscle, but they also paint your skin’s health in the quality of foods that you eat.. The good news is this.. <strong>The more sensitive your skin is, the more responsive it will be to improvements in your diet</strong>.. Staying away from ingredients that “Stress” your body out like, Sodium, Saturated Fat, Sugar, &amp; Spicy Foods will also keep your Skin at ease and less &#8220;active&#8221;.. <strong>That’s the key.. You want your skin to be less active..</strong> When it gets stressed &amp; burned from too much sunlight, hypertension, stressful foods, or wind burn, your skin becomes active &amp; starts trying to heal damage, making it wrinkle &amp; turn the wrong colors.. Eat fresh, low sodium, low saturated fat, low sugar foods, less spicy foods to keep your skin from ”stressing out”..</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Ways To Think About What’s Going on With Your Skin..</strong><br />
Again, if you’re suffering from cystic acne, medication will help this process.. However, if you’re just wanting to brighten up the color of your skin, or lose the “Redness” think about these things.. Redness is typically from irritation.. You can over-moisturize leading to Redness, or dry your skin out leading to Redness.. Your skin will look best when its “Clean”.. For me, this means cool water (not even warm) &amp; Cetaphil (No-fragrance or grainy stuff that scratches my skin.. You want to clean your face without stressing it out in the process..) If you have Oily Skin, eliminate greasy oily foods.. If you have dry skin, amp up the water and fats.. Your skin tells the story.. Its just reacting to what you’re doing to it.. The worst thing you could do to your skin is pick and scratch it.. <strong>I’m not a fan of abrasive exfoliates, or squeezing pimples.. Leave your skin alone.. Just keep it clean!</strong></p>

My skin went from good to great as soon as I started eating the Avocados everyday.. Water is by the far the best thing in the world for hydrating your skin &amp; nothing can trump its benefits.. Every living organism needs water, right.. Your skin is alive.. Without gallons of water, it won’t look its best.. However, Foods such as lean meats, nuts, avocados, &amp; fish oils are GREAT for your skin.. They supply hydration &amp; suppressive therapies to free radical damage (The type of damage that makes your skin look worse than it really is..) I’ve always said the most important thing that is left out of a “Muscle Building” program is Good Fats.. Notice how my last post “The Paleolithic Diet” is loaded with Good Fats.. Some muscle building diets &amp; the FDA call for 30% of your calories to come from good fats.. <strong>If you &#8220;amp-up&#8221; your Good Fats, you’ll notice the brightness &amp; glow come back to your skin even before the improvements in your muscles!</strong> Very few Americans are eating enough Good Fats, but its imperative for Clear Skin with a Healthy Color..</p>

<li><strong>Stop picking, squeezing, or using products that scratch your skin..</strong> Don’t Stress Out Your Skin.. Don’t even touch your skin..</li>
<li><strong>Avoid Foods that are Spicy, High in Sodium, High Sugar, High in Saturated Fats</strong>..</li>
<li> <strong>Quit Smoking, Today</strong>.. Nothing Good comes from the “Cancer Sticks”.. Especially, Attractive Skin</li>
<li><strong>Wear Sunscreen!</strong> No-Brainer.. Melanoma &amp; Melasma are not Attractive..</li>
<li><strong>Keep Your Face Clean</strong>.. The only thing I put on my face is Sunscreen &amp; that’s only when I’m outside.. I think most women wear too much makeup.. The most attractive women I’ve ever seen are the most beautiful without the Clown Face..</li>
<li><strong>Don’t Use Products that Have Too Much Fragrance..</strong> This is like eating foods with additives &amp; preservatives.. Part of keeping your face Clean is keeping all the “Smelly-Stuff” off..</li>
<li><strong>Raise Your &#8220;Good Fats&#8221;</strong>.. Your Skin Will Improve Dramatically When Feed it A little Good Fat.. I keep my “Good Fats to No-Less than 20% &amp; Raise it to 33% when I’m putting on Muscle..</li>

You eat well (Free of Sodium, Simple Sugar, Processed Carbs, &amp; Saturated Fats), drink water, &amp; exercise to get the blood flowing your skin is bright, tight, &amp; healthy.. Remember, your skin is your presentation of your health.. Low body fat &amp; all the muscles in the world doesn’t look as impressive, as that package with gorgeous skin.. We’ve never seen a model without beautiful skin, so work on yours to be more attractive &amp; healthy.. Clean up the habits and be conscious as to what your putting in your body because your wearing those habits on your skin..</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">There are so many great things that happen when you get in shape &amp; drop body fat levels.. First of all, reducing the risk of illness is something that has become the most important to me.. Getting lean, and looking toned used to be the biggest advantage for me to getting in shape, but its now &#8220;riding shotgun&#8221; to the health of my “ticker” (Ticker=Heart.. I&#8217;m fresh out of the gates, riding the Pun&#8217;s &amp; Metaphors hard.. <img src='http://www.johnfit.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> ) The most common theme on my site is creating a better “look” to give you more confidence, but this is never to be overshadowed by the inner-cleansing from exercise and wellness.. Scary concepts like, high blood pressure, heat attacks, &amp; diabetes are common topics of conversation around my family dinner table, so believe me when I say, turning and burning miles on the treadmill &amp; eating clean, natural foods is to keep me from falling victim to illnesses wrath! HOWEVER, since we’re doing all this work to detoxify our bodies &amp; keep our heart beating like a new drum, you’ll be glad to know that your “look” is also improving.. In this post, I’m not talking specifically about your abs, or your chiseled arms, but specifically about your face.. Your face will improve dramatically by cutting body fat and getting in shape.. Everything from the sharpness in your eyes, to the overall shape of your face will improve with lower levels of body fat, tipping the scales on your attractiveness!</p>
<p><strong>Attractive Eyes Hide Behind Body Fat &amp; Unhealthy Habits..</strong><br />
When I’m having a conversation with anyone, I spend most of my time looking into their eyes.. The eyes can tell so much about your health.. An unhealthy, non-lean body often shows off, bloodshot or red eyes, accumulated bags under the eyes, &amp;/or tired looking, sagging of the eyes.. These are all signs of a body &amp; immune system that isn’t operate at its highest quality. There is no cream that can take care of this. A cream may temporarily mask this, but your best prescription for more attractive eyes, is ample internal hydration from drinking water, sunblock, &amp; a natural, organic, lean muscle diet.. The eyes really can present so much about someones health.. Not sleeping well? Your eyes will show it sag and look tired.. Been drinking too much?? Your eyes will look dehydrated and bloodshot.. Eating too much saturated fat? The swelling and bags under your eyes from internal inflammation will reflect it.. Attractive, lean, healthy bodies typically have crystal clear pupils &amp; tight, moisture-rich skin surrounding their eyes that come from hydration within the body, not lotions slapped on top of the skin .. Just how body fat makes your body sag, it has the same negative affect on your eyes.. Body fat overtime will create a sagging, lazy, droopy-the-hound dog look to your eyes that gets worse over time.. Food allergies and histamines may be keeping your eyes from looking fresh as well, and I will be posting on that later.. Many people have un-realized food allergies that they continue eating keeping them bloated &amp; swollen looking from triggered inflammatory responses inside the body. We’ll dig into more of that detail later.. I’ve noticed that people who lose body fat and have nice lean attractive bodies, also have the most attractive eyes.. Make sense??</p>
<p><strong>Your Face Shape Will Improve When you Start Cutting Body Fat..</strong><br />
“Beauty is in the bones”.. I heard a Dr. say that once on TV and it really is true.. Genetic bone structure determines your “frame” which is the foundation for your look, especially for your face.. I’ve seen skinny facial bone structures that look better with added LEAN mass making their face look fuller, and I’ve seen naturally round faces that look best as dry and thin as they can get it.. Remember, we want LEAN, not skinny.. Skinny sags your body and your face.. This is the effect of a Low Carb Diet (Remember the Katie Holmes Crash Low-Carb, only Lettuce &amp; Grapefuit Eating Diet.. She’s since improved her look by probably adding more nutrients to you her diet, but that was a pretty “gaunty” &amp; scary, skinny face..) Thin or Wide Facial Frame is all pre-determined by your genetics, but neither scenario looks best with added body fat.. Getting lean and dropping body fat with give you a tighter, stronger jaw line, that creates more shape &amp; defined sharpness to your face that is more of an attractive look.. Also when you lose body fat, expect a bigger, brighter smile that isn&#8217;t overshadowed by puffy cheeks.. When you first lose body fat, its common for the muscles in your face &amp; free radicals in your skin to go through a period of adjustment and re-contouring that will improve &amp; looks better and better with time.. This is common among people who lose a lot of body fat quickly.. It’s almost as if their body suit, the skin and muscle, are a bit lagging with your new found work ethic and discipline.. Your skin will tighten &amp; suction to the leanness in your face over time, so don’t quit working hard or eating clean because your look isn’t quite great yet.. Glad you asked! Anytime you’re losing body fat, your face is improving as well.. But hence the term, body fat.. Not just weight loss.. Your focus needs to be losing only body fat &amp; maintaining lean muscle weight.. Losing weight could mean burning muscle as well, which could lead to lack of tone in your face.. Going from 15% to 10% body fat is where the most noticeable difference in your facial appearance comes in for men.. For women, going from 25% body fat to 15-17% is the leap that makes others say, “Wow! You look amazing!” When you get that response, they’re not talking to your new abs covered underneath your shirt (although you can’t wait for them to see that too!), they’re responding to the difference in the shape of your face.. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ahhh.. Life is good.. Myself along with a few friends, just returned last night to Sarasota from a relaxing weekend escape to the Bahamas.. We checked out the surf, enjoyed Bahamian night life, &amp; met some great people.. For the past 6 weeks, I’ve pressed very hard to meet a number of my business &amp; fitness goals, &amp; its really paid off.. My body is lean &amp; beach ready, &amp; a couple of my business ventures have exploded with production. So, I rewarded myself with this little “no worries, “mon” vacation treat, and I’m looking forward to the next one.. While I was gone, I got a chance to think about you &amp; your fitness.. I got really creative while laying on their beaches, so I’m really looking forward to a number of the upcoming posts I’m gonna deliver.</p>
<p>I noticed some lean attractive bodies while out of the country, but its interesting how many unique body types there are in need of different sculpting strategies.. Its important for you not to “work against your genetics” because that could lead to body fat retention or underdevelopment of dense muscle.. I want to lay out the different genetic shapes &amp; give you areas of focus to give you a Lean and Toned Beach Body worthy of Hollywood sex appeal.. The goal is to move away from being a “black &amp; white” body type, &amp; create more of a blend giving you what your genetics are missing..</p>

The Movie &#8220;Fight Club&#8221; was swarmed with Ectomorph bodies.. Brad Pitt, Jared Leto, Ed Norton all have  fragile &amp; delicate frames that appear to be lightly muscled with definition.. Usually you’ll see narrow shoulders, small bones, thin wrists, skinny legs, and a hyper-fast metabolism here with this group.. Ectomorphs look great in Hollywood films because the camera adds roughly 10lbs (&amp; 2 inches of height), &amp; lean with a little muscle tone is a great look that fits well in clothes and shows off definition.. However, just because your ecto, doesn&#8217;t necessarily mean your lean..</p>
<p><strong>Fit Tips for Ectomorphs..</strong><br />
An ectomorph wants to focus on forming that “V” from Shoulders to Waist.. Put emphasis on developing  the Shoulders, Back, Upper legs, &amp; Butt to give you added shape for sex appeal. You want to use heavy  weights to create density &amp; size, while keeping cardio to a minimum.. Add a little muscle to your frame because the tendency is for your body to resort to skinny, dissolving muscle tissue. You also need a little more good fat in your diet.. Try making 30% of your calories based from fitness fats..</p>
<p><strong>What to Look Forward To With Hard Work..</strong><br />
When an ectomorph adds nice lean muscle to their frame, you’ll see a Hillary Swank (Million Dollar Baby shape), Brad Pitt (Troy) &amp; Ed Norton (American History X) type result.. These ectomorphs blended their lean genetics with the muscle-building traits of a mesomorph, and the result turned out great for their Leading “Hero” Roles! Notice in those films, Pitt and Ed Norton added muscle without adding body fat.. This is the beauty of an ectomorphic shape.. You can add a little size without taking on lots of body fat, with the correct diet &amp; workout routine.. A little &#8220;Meso&#8221; in your &#8220;Ecto&#8221; is a good thing..</p>

Mesomorphs are typically athletically built with hard bodies, bigger boned than an ectomorph, but have to work harder to trim the waistline. Most fat on this body type is stored around the midsection.. Women want to accentuate their genetic hour glass shape here, and men should focus on trimming the waist line creating a Tapered Look..</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Fit Tips for Mesomorphs..</strong><br />
Focusing on shape and definition to your muscles will be the primary goal.. Cardio here is really important and should be performed regularly.. Alternate between heavy and light days to keep muscle tissue tight and dense, while burning calories to lean up.. Your body will quickly react to anything, so choose carefully what you focus on.. Cardio is where I focus most of my attention as a mesomorph because I grow really quick &amp; don’t want to be overdone with obnoxious bulky muscle..</p>

Don’t go overboard in the gym with the weights.. I love Rocky and when “Eye of the Tiger” is blasting in my IPOD, I feel like I could even whip Evan Drago’s butt.. But, Stallone was pretty thick there from the weights and his frame was overbuilt with muscle in my opinion.. Slender with tight lean muscle from a lot of cardio and focused dieting strategies will swing a mesomorph into many Ecto features showing off definition, slim waist, &amp; a long &amp; lean appearance.. This is a very attractive shape that most models have acheived.. Jennifer Garner is the protypical lean mesomorph (making her look more like an ectomorph)</p>

However, I do see more women than men having this body type.. Most men that appear to be Endomorphs, are typically just overweight Mesomorphs.. This body contains highly densed-bone and is round in shape.. This body type will probably never see the day it has a 30inch waist (For Men), or a size 4 (For Women), but that’s ok.. You’re curvy and sexy when toned appropriately.. Hollywood and professional athletics, reward these types of bodies with highly paid roles, when you can tone and use this body efficiently..</p>
<p><strong>Fit Tips for Endomorphs</strong><br />
The goal for this body type is to create shape, and get away from looking the pear shape.. Light Weights with as much cardio as you can take will tighten and shape this physique. The thought behind the light weight lifting is, even when you&#8217;re lifting weights outside of cardio, you need to be burning calories and make the workout as aerobic as possible. Diet, Diet, Diet, Diet.. 99% of your carbs need to be fiber-rich.. (If I were built like an Endomorph, I would probably eat so many  vegetables that I would turn into a rabbit..) When your body tones up and bodyfat drops you, you will appear more mesomorph and your curves and density will then give you a sexy powerful look (Endomorphs have a strong presence that garners respect when they enter a room.. Great genetic to have).. The best way to create this is cardio everyday, eat high fiber carbs only, and do more cardio..</p>

These two endomorphic bodies will never shrink to 110lbs, (&amp; if they did they’d look sickly ill), but their shape is so attractive, healthy and toned, men can’t stop starring.. An endomorph can get toned! A good example of a male endomorph, would be any NFL Lineman.. I&#8217;ve seen a number of these guys lose weight, lean up, and actually get moved to Defensive Ends and Middle Linebackers.. Their bodies become more functional and adaptable to uses in genetic strength when they train to become more mesmorphic.. Plus, their bodies are more attractive looking and aesthetically pleasing..</p>
<p>You’ve probably heard this info time and time again if you research fitness and body types.. But I see so many people looking to tighten their bodies up, and their working out against their own genetics.. I see skinny ectomorphs pounding the treadmill, and thick endomorphs power lifting &amp; resting 4 minutes between sets.. If you can work to blend your body type with the closest “leanest” type, you will sculpt your body into a more attractive shape..</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">I’ve had an overwhelming response to all of you, and I love the interactions we’re having.. I’m going to start posting some of the pics and stories of the guys and gals, working hard, staying discipline, &amp; showing progress from my programs.. So keep me in the loop with your progress.. In the meantime, get to know your body type before designing your program, so you can use your genetics to your advantage and shape up the lagging features..</p>

I don’t think there’s a perfect look because I see many models with different looks, but they all have a few things in common.. These guys are swarmed by women (the hottest women), they get paid because of their looks (highly compensated), and probably feel a little cocky (which as you’ve probably noticed, a little “cocky confidence&#8221; is a GREAT ingredient in building attraction with the opposite sex!) <strong>Who is this guy?</strong><br />
Jason Shaw models for Tommy Hilfiger, Versace, &amp; Polo (among others I’m sure).. This guy is one of the highest paid models in the fashion industry &amp; as you may know, dated Paris Hilton &amp; Made a PG13 Naughty Tape with her (I Say Naughty Because I don&#8217;t Think They Actually &#8220;Fought the Good Fight&#8221; in it.. Just Coverage of Some Cute &#8220;Slap &amp; Tickle&#8221;) I highlight him because he always seem to stay in great shape, &amp; his look is very polished.. Jason&#8217;s chest is only 38.5 inches wide with a 31.5 inch waist on his 6&#8242;2&#8243; frame. In bodybuilder world, that&#8217;s a really small chest, but notice how he&#8217;s still athletically cut &amp; looks great. (Bodybuilders would panick if they shrunk to this size.. But Jasons paychecks aren&#8217;t shrinking..) As you can see the &#8220;sexiest&#8221; guys in the world aren&#8217;t stressed about big swollen muscles.. (I like to call the look these models have as &#8220;Tight, Lean, &amp; Toned&#8221;.. Definitely attainable). He&#8217;s probably maximum 175lbs in this picture.. Jason won&#8217;t be winning any bench press competitions though (Which is Fine with Him&#8230;. &amp; Paris!)</p>
<p><strong>What&#8217;s His Workout Look Like?</strong><br />
Jason is quoted as saying,&#8221;I do a light weight workout and an outdoor cardio activity every day.&#8221; Jason hasn’t packed on crazy amounts of muscle because the model look is lean with only athletic muscle. Notice how he does cardio everyday &amp; he quotes, &#8220;Light Weight&#8221;.. I think there&#8217;s a time a place to go heavy in the gym, but if you are already dense with muscle mass, lay off the heavy training to achieve this build..</p>
<p>About his &#8220;Look&#8221; &amp; How Well Groomed A Model Keeps Himself..</p>
<p>See how Jason&#8217;s hair is freshly cut, and the face shows you how lean he is.  (Attaining low bodfat levels will highlight a great bone structure in your face).. If you’re packing bodyfat &amp; more than one chin, its tough to pull the model look off. See how sharp that jaw line is &amp; how pronounced his chin is?? This is created when bodyfat levels get below 12%.. Girls love a defined face. Plus, when you have a thin, defined face, it makes your smile bigger &amp; ALSO you get &#8220;dimple-like&#8221; smile lines in your face when you grin (Super sexy for Women to Look at.. Makes you look forward to smiling for the girls!)  Also, notice how perfectly shaven his face is with no scruffy facial hair or goatee.. I’ve seen guys with this type of face with some sad looking facial hair.. I think it looks lazy and careless (Facial hair can look ok and some guys pull it off well, but you won&#8217;t see too many models with alot of facial hair).. Try taking a few weeks &amp; focus on creating a clean organic body, sharp attractive face, healthy glowing skin, white shiny teeth, and less emphasis on adding mass to your frame..</p>
<p>Important Tip This Picture Reminds Me to Add..</p>
<p>Good underwear is key.. Invest in this.. (I&#8217;m a briefs kind of guy &amp; when I have on a new pair of Banana Republic undies, I feel so sexy I just want to jump out of them!) If you’re lucky enough to get the girl &amp; “slap and tickle” happens behind the scenes, the last thing you want to expose is some gross looking underwear. (Think about it this way.. What if your girl had a pair of.. (girls hate the word panties, so I won&#8217;t say it) T Backs on with a hole in them?? haha.. I&#8217;d HAVE to call her out for that! (but then the slap &amp; tickle would continue).. Take care of yourself guys.. Look great all over! She&#8217;ll notice.. I think a good looking guy dressed well from top to bottom, inside and out, is what makes her come back for round 2!<br />

<p>I Really Like the Trend Here.. Very Classic Look on a Great Physique..</p>
<p>I like the look Polo Models are delivering. I&#8217;m not talking about the clothes necessarily, I&#8217;m focusing on the facial features and grooming. They are bringing back a few trends that I’ve incorporated in my look. First of all, notice these guys have very sharp &amp; defined faces from having no &#8220;bloated inflamation&#8221; in their bodies from excess calories.. This look has &#8220;sex appeal&#8221; and that&#8217;s why they are in your magazine.. Also, look at the hair.. The &#8220;parted-hair&#8221; style is back! I used to make fun of mom when she did this to my hair as a little boy, but now its back as the new clean, professional style! I style my hair like this when I’m doing high end business, and dressed more professionally. This hair style is so clean it and organized that it brings more attention to your face, eyes, and jaw line. I see Brad Pitt parting his hair now &amp; George Clooney has perfected this look. It’s a great, classic look, that’s back. I see a lot of guys with the “messy” spiky hair.. I went through that phase in college &amp; still sport this style when I’m relaxing, but if you want to really look impressive, organize your hair with a brush and a little product (Only a little product.. You don’t want to look greesy.. I’m gonna do a whole post later on what hair style looks best with your face shape) Intelligent, highly attractive women like a clean cut man.. Look at Clooney.. Clean as a whistle &amp; the ladies can&#8217;t get enough of him!</p>

<p>You Can&#8217;t Talk About the &#8220;Model&#8221; Look Without Including Abercrombie Guys &amp; How They Get It..</p>
<p>Abecrombie Models.. What girl doesn’t love an Abercrombie Model?!? (The girl Models are smokin hot too..) These guys have lean muscle &amp; a great complexion with clean shavin faces.. How many girls have we all heard say, &#8220;Abercrombie guys are hot!&#8221; These guys aren&#8217;t overdone and have to stay really lean and clean all year (You Would Be Surprised @ how Lean They are In Person.. There is No Bulk on These Bodies &amp; they Are Not Very Heavy in Bodyweight). Their faces are very sharp from low bodyfat content &amp; their clothes fit pretty snug (muscle fit). Discpline Cardio and Diet is what creates this trim athletic physique.. Resist the urge to not stay active.. Remember when you were little and you played all day and your could eat anything and still stay thin.. Get back to playing and doing athletic stuff.. These guys don&#8217;t sit around all day and eat.. They run, play sports, lift weights, eat healthy, &amp; probably chase women.. This is how they stay so cut.. Also, notice their grooming.. Abercrombie guys aren&#8217;t as clean cut as say, an Armani Model, or DG, but these guys have cleaned, shaved skin with big white teeth and huge smiles.. Keeping yourself &#8220;up&#8221; like this will make you more attractive..</p>
<p>What About Abercrombie Clothes?<br />
I don’t shop at Abercrombie anymore because I’m more into an adult professional &#8220;European-type&#8221; look, but Abercrombie does make good fitting tees that stay the same size no matter how many times they’ve been washed. (Great, soft quality fabrics) I worked @ Abercrombie through college but my trend grew out of the clothes pretty quick.. Plus, they make you wear all their clothes! (Too expensive for a college kid living off Ramon noodles &amp; protein shakes).. I was never a fan of the scripted tee shirts that say goofy stuff like “Getting butt necked in the back woods” &amp; really anything else that has an obnoxious A&amp;F logo on it.. The huge logo shirt sales is dying &amp; cheesy.. This makes it too obvious you want everyone to know you shop @ Abercrombie.. Not good. If you&#8217;re gonna shop there, go for a plain tee shirt (Maybe a little logo on it) in a good color that fits right.. The key to a good shirt is the fit &amp; color.. Match a good color to your skin tone and make sure it fits kind of snug on your lean physique.. Baggy tees and jeans are out.. You don’t want anything skin tight (Wearing Under Armour @ the bar on a Friday Night probably won&#8217;t get you positive attention), but something that fits snug on your chest and doesn’t swallow your arms will add to your sex appeal. There’s other clothing lines I’ll promote later that I personally favor more that look alot better on a lean, model physique, but Abercrombie models are always in good shape that does get looked at twice at the beach..</p>
<p><strong>Final Tips to Add to Your Appeal</strong><br />
This is a good post to just analyze “the physical look” that is being promoted today. When your hair is out of your face, and your face is shaven with a clean complexion, attention is drawn to your eyes &amp; great bone structure. You want women looking into your eyes, &amp; not your goatee, beard, or pushing your moppy hair out of your face.. Your eyes are the snapshot of your soul (Whoa.. Deep huh..) and when you look great, feel amazing, and can make sparkling eye contact with a woman without looking away, you are seen as confident &amp; very sexy. Don&#8217;t get caught up in complaining about your genetics. All bodies &amp; faces look more attractive &amp; sexy with lower bodyfat &amp; groomed like a professional model. <p>I&#8217;m a huge golfer and follow the PGA Tour quite a bit, so I&#8217;ve been paying attention to the new age vibe and trends being set. Tiger Woods has no doubt changed the dynamic of the sport, but there is a new a trend-setter in the spotlight that is re-inventing the way a golfer looks and takes care of himself!</p>
<p>Camilo Villegas is a 26-year Old Young Gun on the PGA Tour who graduated from the University of Florida (Blah! FSU&#8217;s my school.. I can&#8217;t support this UF stuff too much.. ha). He&#8217;s known for his &#8220;funky&#8221; way of reading putts by crouching <img class="alignright" title="Camilo Villegas on The Golf PGA" src="http://newsimg.bbc.co.uk/media/images/41780000/jpg/_41780162_villegas416.jpg" alt="" width="195" height="140" />down on the ground to be eye level with green to see the true break. This unique way of reading greens has earned him the nickname is &#8220;Spider Man&#8221; on tour. He grew up in Medellian, Colombia and is the new poster boy for young PGA Tour followers. I took a little golf trip to Miami a few weeks ago and got a chance to attend the Saturday Round @ The WCA Championship @ Doral Resort in Miami (Where Tiger&#8217;s streak of multiple tournaments won in a row came to a screeching halt). Dealing with the crowd following Tiger Woods is ridiculous so I branched off and followed Camilo for a few hours.</p>
<p><strong>A Little About Camilo:</strong><br />
Camilo is 5&#8242;9&#8243; tall, and weighs in at a lean 160lbs! He is built like a surfer and probably carries a maximum of about 6% bodyfat year-round. His skin is tanned from his ethnicity, hair is long but well groomed, and this guy is constantly smiling and having a great time! Its a blast to watch him play because he&#8217;s truly loving life (Which shouldn&#8217;t be a surprise being as he&#8217;s pocketed $4 million in winnings in just 3 1/2years on tour (not to mention the bank roll he rakes in from his high end sponsorships).</p>
<p><strong>Camilo&#8217;s Sponsor:</strong><br />
Villegas sports one of the most trendy sponsors on tour. J. Lindberg is a 21st Century lifestyle brand putting out clothes that hug the body pretty tight, and run a bit small. His apparel looks great a surfer type body that is lean with very little bodyfat. If you check out Lindberg&#8217;s site you&#8217;ll see all of his models are super thin, making Camilo probably the most muscular promoter of the J. Lindberg line.</p>
<p>The number of girls that scream when this kid gets close to them, is hilarious.. I saw more beautiful Latin women surrounding his every shot, than what the hottest Miami night spots had to offer! Camilo is certaintly loved..</p>
<p><strong>How&#8217;s he get in great shape?</strong><br />
Camilo is huge fan of cardio. He grew up a skinny kid, but still pounds away at the cardio. He starts every workout with about 15-20 minutes of jogging on the treadmill (Not to mention he walks 6 miles a day on the golf course 4 days a week). His workouts consist of compound moves that focus on strengthening his core. Lots of lifting dumbells on the exercise ball forcing his stomach and lower back to support the resistance. Camilo says, &#8220;I lift heavy weights, but never get stiff and I stay long and limber because I stretch so much.&#8221; Keeping his muscles stretched out is what keeps his muscles pumped, but still loose, flexible, long and lean.</p>
<p><strong>What&#8217;s his diet like?</strong><br />
couldn&#8217;t gather anything on his diet, but this guy wouldn&#8217;t be this fit if he were eating junk food. He&#8217;s a professional who prides himself on working long hours and focusing on his career. Camilo is totally focused on hitting great golf shots and taking care of his body. I don&#8217;t want just highlight his physique and trendy style because Camilo is addicted to his work ethic &amp; that&#8217;s what I like most about what he&#8217;s doing. He practices his craft non-stop and is known on tour as a real work-a-holic. I think that&#8217;s something all successful people emmulate. He works his butt off, sacrafises a crazy social life for his commitment to golf, and its paying off for him. So he should be rewarded like he is! Out with the pudgy stereotype of a classic golfer, and in with the lean, trendy, charasmatic figure gracing the fairways of the &#8220;Gentlemans Game&#8221; of Golf.</p>
